Each cabinet supports CAN \/ Modbus \/ IEC 61850 communication, enabling remote dispatch control from the provincial grid operator&#8217;s control center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabinets were configured for parallel operation across multiple bays, allowing the system to ramp from standby to full 100 MW charge or discharge within 200 milliseconds &mdash; meeting the strict frequency-response requirements of the regional grid code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manufacturing &amp; Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All PCS modules were manufactured at Deming&#8217;s Lixia District (Jinan) facility, supported by the company&#8217;s ISO 9001 quality system. Each cabinet underwent 72-hour burn-in testing before shipment.
